Enterprise Rent-A-Car project, located on a 13,838 SF lot, included a full remodel of a one-story, 1,253 sq ft wood-framed office building, along with structural steel, new steel awnings, exterior veneer, planter work, site fencing, interior office finishes, AC paving, and on-site/off-site curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements, along with a new 921 sq ft tunnel style car wash.  The completed facility provided Enterprise with a refreshed customer-facing rental office and improved site circulation to support daily vehicle rental operations.
