His experience conducting site assessments, evaluating safety compliance, managing project documentation, and supporting field operations provides a valuable foundation for helping GC3 maintain its commitment to workplace safety and quality performance.

His military background in the United States Army instilled a disciplined mindset and a commitment to accountability that continue to guide his professional approach today. Committed to continuous improvement, Tristan has earned numerous industry certifications, including OSHA 510, OSHA 30 Construction, NCCER Construction Site Safety credentials, NFPA 70E Electrical Safety Certification, and Construction Quality Management for Contractors through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety to further strengthen his expertise and leadership in the field.
