About Tom
Tom Nadler brings more than four decades of construction leadership and business management experience to GC3 Builders. As a Partner and leader in Business Development, Tom plays a critical role in driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and helping guide the company's long-term vision. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the design, bidding, and successful delivery of more than $500 million in construction projects across a diverse range of market sectors.
Tom provides executive oversight for corporate operations, organizational development, and business strategy. He leads the implementation of company policies and procedures, establishes short- and long-term growth initiatives, and oversees contractual agreements to ensure alignment with GC3 Builders' commitment to quality, accountability, and client success. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and creating systems that drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
Tom's experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including industrial, agribusiness, municipal, faith-based, and commercial retail construction. Prior to joining GC3 Builders, he served in executive leadership roles with several respected construction organizations, including nearly two decades as President of Triad Construction. His industry involvement also includes service on the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Heart of America Chapter Board of Directors and the Central Missouri University College of Construction Science Advisory Board.
Today, Tom continues to leverage his extensive industry knowledge, leadership experience, and relationship-focused approach to help clients, partners, and project teams achieve exceptional results while advancing the continued growth of GC3 Builders.
