His extensive background in residential and commercial construction, operations management, and executive leadership provides clients and project teams with a practical, results-driven approach to every phase of construction.
As Chief Operating Officer, Todd oversees daily operations to ensure company objectives are achieved through profitable growth, operational excellence, and a client-first mindset. He works closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and financial stakeholders to maintain strong communication, ensure compliance, and drive successful project execution from preconstruction through project completion.
With expertise in operations management, construction cost control, financial reporting, estimating oversight, MEP coordination, and compliance, Todd brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from planning and procurement through execution and closeout. His ability to align business objectives with project delivery has helped produce successful outcomes for clients while supporting sustainable company growth.
