Natasha “Penny” King is an accomplished Large Loss Consultant and Executive Project Manager with extensive experience leading capital improvement programs, large-scale restoration efforts, and complex reconstruction projects. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed high-value projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and multi-family sectors, helping clients navigate challenging property losses while delivering strategic solutions that protect both assets and long-term operational goals.

As a Large Loss Consultant at GC3 Builders, Penny specializes in coordinating disaster recovery and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion. She works closely with property owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to develop comprehensive restoration strategies, manage project execution, and ensure facilities are restored to pre-loss condition efficiently and effectively. Her ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups has been instrumental in the successful recovery of numerous large-scale properties.
