Nauman brings more than three decades of diverse construction and restoration experience to GC3 Builders, with a career spanning nearly every facet of the industry. Since beginning his construction career in the 1990s, he has successfully worked as a remodeler, homebuilder, land developer, commercial subcontractor, commercial general contractor, insurance adjuster, restoration estimator, and construction consultant. This unique combination of field, management, insurance, and estimating experience provides clients with a comprehensive perspective on project planning, cost analysis, and successful project execution.
Throughout his career, Nauman has led and supported projects ranging from residential remodeling and new home construction to large-scale commercial developments, insurance restoration projects, and complex catastrophe losses. His extensive background working with contractors, property owners, public adjusters, attorneys, insurance carriers, and restoration professionals allows him to effectively bridge the gap between construction realities and financial outcomes.
At GC3 Builders, Nauman leverages his expertise in estimating, project evaluation, and construction consulting to develop accurate project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help clients make informed decisions throughout the construction process. His hands-on experience across multiple trades, combined with his knowledge of insurance restoration and claims-related construction, makes him a valuable resource on both traditional construction projects and large-loss recovery efforts.
Nauman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and is both a licensed General Contractor and licensed Drone Pilot.
