About Don
Don brings more than 30 years of construction and project management experience to GC3 Builders, with extensive expertise in both new construction and large-loss restoration projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex commercial, institutional, and multi-family reconstruction projects, including schools, churches, theaters, hotels, medical facilities, and condominium developments impacted by fire, storms, water damage, and other catastrophic events.
As Senior Project Manager, Don oversees projects from award through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, owner communications, and overall project execution. His leadership style is built on strong relationships, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes for clients, partners, and project teams.
Prior to joining GC3 Builders, Don served in leadership roles with national construction firms and municipal building departments, gaining valuable experience in field operations, code compliance, safety management, permitting, and MEP coordination. His diverse background provides a well-rounded perspective that helps clients navigate complex construction and restoration challenges.
