About Brent
Brent McLerran brings more than 15 years of hands-on construction and project management experience to GC3 Builders. His background spans both residential and commercial construction, with expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, estimating, quality control, and client relations.
As a Project Manager, Brent oversees projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and ownership teams to ensure successful project delivery. His experience includes large-scale commercial renovations, site development, utility coordination, permitting, life-safety systems, and ground-up construction projects.
Prior to joining GC3 Builders, Brent managed a wide range of construction projects, developing a strong foundation in estimating, contract administration, schedule management, and customer service. His practical field experience, combined with his leadership and problem-solving abilities, allows him to effectively manage complex projects while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Brent is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance.
