GC3’s ongoing construction services center around the data gathering and reporting during active construction.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QAQC)
Our QAQC Inspections provide ongoing site observations, systems assemblies and components identifications during new construction. Inspections will include:
- Observing historically high-risk issues on all systems assemblies and their components listed within our scope
- Risk Identifications that become systemic and may lead to greater deficiencies
Deficiencies observed during construction will be communicated to the project team and trades via our reporting software. A final walk through will be completed in a collaborative process to ensure remaining deficiencies are addressed before turnover.
CONSTRUCTION RISK EVALUATION
Our one-time comprehensive onsite audit evaluates a builder’s construction project(s) to identify:
- High-Risk Installation Practices & Conditions
- Materials & Products Used
- Builder’s Standard Processes and Procedures
- Onsite Safety
This builder specific audit, evaluation, and training offers valuable risk reduction techniques and a comparative assessment against industry best practices.
The GC3 team will deliver a training meeting following the audit to stakeholders focused on preventing or eliminating:
- High-Risk Practices
- Warranty Issues/Claims
- Miscellaneous Identified Issues
Data from these evaluations can also be used to modify the QAQC inspections checklist for ongoing enhancement.
FIT & FINISH
GC3’s Final Inspection (Fit and Finish) will identify potential deficiencies of completed units related to:
- Code Compliance
- Constructability Issues
- Material Warranties
- Final Grading Issues
Deficiencies are typically cosmetic in nature and not consistent with the expectations of professional installation and may not meet client expectations and does not impact the efficiency of product, building systems, health or safety.
