One Call Away. When a fire struck Hill & Williams Bros trucking & shipping facility GC3 leapt into action. Loss Consultant Brad Knudsen appeared on site within a day of notification and began the documentation process. Most importantly, he made contact with Harley & Andy Williams to offer an immediate assessment and guidance through the initial stages of the process.

"Accurately  explaining the insurance process, my role, and GC3’s ability to re-establish balance and normalcy from disaster during these initial conversation is paramount." Brad Knudsen (Loss Consultant - GC3)

In the immediate aftermath of the loss the Williamses were hesitant as to whether the building could be restored to functional use for their shipping and trucking needs. With direction from Brad Knudsen they realized GC3 could restore the building to operational use in short order.

Project Manager Tim Bartels spearheaded the rebuilding effort and placed an immediate emphasis on reducing business interruption. With the holiday season approaching Bartels implemented a plan of action to accelerate the reconstruction schedule.

Trusted partnerships are the lifeblood of the construction industry. GC3's deep bench of subcontracting partners enhanced the recovery process.

"We had a great team of sub-contractors who helped us stay on target. Even with unexpected delays we were able to coordinate and finish the project on schedule for the client." - Tim Bartels (Project Manager - GC3)

GC3 transformed what was initially considered a total loss into a full recovery in timely fashion. The rebuild was completed ahead of the owner's original recovery schedule, minimizing business interruption during a crucial business cycle. Harley & Andy Williams lauded the communication and collaborative measures GC3 took to assess the damage, and execute the rebuild.

"What a great team from start to finish. We will enjoy for years to come the friendships that were made along way. You have a Great Company that you all can be very proud of!" - Harley D & Andy L Williams (Hill & Williams Bros Inc.)
