Trial By Fire. When Bible Baptist suffered a horrific fire GC3 was on site the next day. Loss consultant Tom Nadler immediately met with parish Pastor Ted House to survey the damage and plot the road the recovery. Pastor House vividly recalls Nadler’s attention to detail and dedication to the project. “Tom Nadler Was there each step of the way as the scope of the loss was determined, the building was demolished, architects and engineers were hired and the plans were drawn”.
One of GC3’s many hallmarks is restoring our owner’s properties back to like-kind and quality. Pastor House was pleased with Tom Nadler’s ability to restore the equity of the original building’s atmosphere. “As I worked closely with Tom we were able to keep many features of our old building…it still had the “many” touches that reminded us of the (old) building”.
GC3 works together as a collective to accomplish the goals of the policy holder. When it was time to hand the reigns over to Project Manager Don Brusseau, Pastor House knew everything would transition seamlessly to a successful outcome. “Don Brusseau was a great blessing to the process. He and I built a wonderful relationship during the time he had with us. I can’t say enough about Don, his commitment and hard work”.
Brusseau and GC3’s project management team take time to understand our clients and their vision for rebuilding their world. Pastor House and Brusseau bonded over the process and attribute the strength of their relationship to the success of the project.
“The relationship with (Pastor) Ted House was solid from start to finish. Pastor’s understanding of construction was valuable to keeping the project going. He immediately understood the situation.”
